XCAPER ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT

Barry Hall Appointed Chief Executive Officer

Irvine, CA – January 9, 2007 – Xcaper Industries, LLC announced today that Barry Hall has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Hall has a 30 year history of financial and senior management in a variety of high-growth technology companies.  He is the former Chief Executive Officer of CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP) and Chief Financial Officer of EarthLink, Inc (Nasdaq: ELNK).  More recently he has acted as a Managing Director of Synthetica LLC, a management consulting company focusing on high-growth and early stage technology companies. 

Commenting on the change, Founder, President and CFO, Peter D. Finch said, “We are very excited to have Barry joining our team.  He not only brings a wealth of experience in leading technology companies but is also an early investor in Xcaper.”
