XCAPER ANNOUNCES TESTING COMPLETE ON PROFESSIONAL FILTERS

Proprietary Moist Filtration Exceeds Requirements of British Standard EN403

Irvine, CA – August 9, 2007 – Xcaper Industries, LLC announced today that an independent testing laboratory had completed testing of the Xcaper Professional Smoke filters.  RNK Environmental, Inc. tested the Xcaper Professional filters against three gases commonly found in structure fires as well as for Carbon Monoxide and particulate matter.  Filters included in the tests were the Xcaper Easy Breathe Filter and the soon-to-be-released Xcaper Easy Breathe 2 Filter.  Commenting on the testing, Xcaper Founder, President and CFO, Peter D. Finch said, “Based on the prior tests in the lab and the field that were performed on our filters we were not surprised by the results.”  Finch added, “The primary importance of this test is that it will allow us to move forward to obtain a CE mark and allow us to sell our products in the European Union.  Furthermore, we anticipate the conclusion of testing on our Enterprise Smoke Mask and Consumer Smoke Mask within a month.”
