Shipping & Handling

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from one of our warehouses within 3 business days. However, processing times will differ based on the shipment methods we use. Depending on the size and/or weight of your order, an applicable surcharge will be added to the total shipping costs for your order. See below for standard US shipping charges and International shipping procedures:

International Orders

For international orders, shipping costs will vary by the country we are shipping to and size of your order. You will be charged for regular shipping as outlined above plus the cost for shipping as quoted by the local freight company. We will send you an email notification with the exact cost for shipping your order. You must confirm your approval before the order can ship. Once approved, your order should arrive in 14 – 21 business days.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your order. But if something isn't right, let us know. You may exchange or return unused or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase date. Xcaper offers several convenient ways to return and exchange merchandise:


For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. All merchandise returned in original condition & packaging will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

For exchanges: Write the word “EXCHANGE” on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Then, include the invoice along with your merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail . We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

What kind of information does Xcaper collect?

Xcaper Industries is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet and will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

Is my information secure?

Protecting your order information is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information as it is transmitted over the Internet.

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders at Xcaper. To check the security of your connection, you can look at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

If your browser or firewall doesn't support SSL, you will not be able to connect to the server, which means you won't be able to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection. If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, place your order by phone at 800-368-5705.
